#1 Design field experience

Create a user-friendly digital interface for data collection in the field. Creating digital forms shouldn’t be a complex process. Using a drag-and-drop form builder makes creating forms simple.

#2 Create Tasks

Explore different options for creating tasks for field workers. Tasks can be generated in the back office, integrated from external systems, or created by field workers.

#3 Schedule tasks

After creating a task follows scheduling tasks. Explore different ways of scheduling tasks in MightyFields. Tasks can be assigned manually by using drag-and-drop functionality or can be assigned automatically by using AI. Do you already have your own task-planning system? No problem, as it is possible to integrate them into MightyFields.

#4 Field work & collect data

Once the job has been assigned to your field teams, they get a notification on their mobile phone and can begin gathering data from the field. Collecting data will be a breeze with a guided workflow, even in remote locations without any internet connection.

#5 Data usage and analytics

Data collected in the field can be easily accessed in the office. Automated reports and emails from the field and data integration with your current back-office systems will make your daily operations as smooth as possible.
