EventID

EventID is a web-based platform that allows you to:

• creation of event landing page
• online registration for attendees
• online payments of the registration fee
• attendees database management and follow-up activities
• exporting list of attendees
• online monitoring of attendees, if you use tracking tools
• printing personalized badges
• fast preparation of reports

The platform can be used independently or in connection with EventIDtrack and EventIDmat. We offer an API connection for connecting to other SW solutions.

EventIDmat

EventIDmat is a marketing automation tool. It allows basic segmentation of contacts within the built-in CRM system and the creation of email campaigns, automated notifications and much more. 

You can create your own e-mail or telephone campaigns, which the program then runs automatically. In this way, you can personalize your communication with different groups or individuals based on segmentation. It allows you to save time, reduce costs and avoid human errors.

EventIDtrack

EventIDtrack is "smart" equipment that enables:

• registration of participants
• checking the validity of tickets
• monitoring and recording of participants' movements

At certain events (regulated conferences), it is necessary to accurately record the presence of the participant. Data on the attendance of individual lectures can also help us to see the interest of each individual participant, and with this, we get answers about the quality of the program, the popularity of the speakers, etc. 

EventIDtrack provides detailed and reliable information about each participant and their presence at the event.

Mobile app

A mobile application is used to check the accreditation and attendance of participants. By using a mobile phone, handheld terminal or RFID UHF towers, the participant's ticket and accreditation are read/scanned. The mobile application is connected to the EventID platform in real-time - recording the presence of participants is immediately visible on the platform. 

EventIDtrack can also connect to other SW solutions (via API connections) and the EventIDmat system for basic contact segmentation and automatic and personalized e-mail with participants before, during and after the event.
